World of Warcraft is the most popular game on the Internet, and for good reason. Everyday, millions of gamers quest through the land of Azeroth, which is a virtual world within itself. One of the most interesting aspects of the game are the World of Warcraft mods (modifications) that players can use to enhance their characters.

World of Warcraft Mods: Changing the Way a Character Looks and Interacts

In World of Warcraft, there are several different professions that characters can have. These professions include, but are not limited to: mining, leatherworking, tailoring, enchanting, and alchemy. As a character progresses in level, World of Warcraft mods indicate that their professions become more skilled. A player starts as a journeyman, then progresses to an artisan and then an expert.

However, as fun as it can be to get new spells, what players especially like are getting new items to wear and weapons to use. These World of Warcraft mods are vast, in that they are available in many different versions, and rank from common (easily obtainable) to very rare (epic).

As to where clothing World of Warcraft mods can be found, there are a number of different places. The two most prevalent places are as quest rewards, and in the Auction House. The Auction house is found in each capital city, and is linked to every other Auction House with th faction (Alliance, and Horde).

The thing to keep in mind about the Auction House is that while you can find World of Warcraft mods in abundance, sometimes the prices are ridiculously inflated. The currency within the game is gold, silver, and copper. So, if an easily obtainable item is selling for a certain amount of gold, then that is a bad deal.

As for the costumes a character can wear, it all has to do with what they are. For example, a warrior should only wear metal, a hunter should only wear leather, and a warlock should only wear cloth. This has to do with protection aspects within the game.

In regard to the weapons that characters can use, as a character becomes higher in level they can become more proficient in any weapon of their choice. Some players say that certain characters should use their spells instead of their weapons, but that is a matter of choice.

Indeed, World of Warcraft is a fascinating game, but it is also a game that should be played in moderation. Too many players end up getting in trouble, because they lose their sense of reality. So, if you play or are thinking of playing World of Warcraft, remember to only play it once and a while.
