Maps are no longer necessary when you have a GPS in your car, however. No matter where you want to go, you simply type in the address and you'll be told where to go by a friendly voice. There are still those who don't like GPS systems. They say that they're making us dumber. We no longer have to think about where we're going, or how to get to where we're going. We simply listen to the GPS and follow the instructions.
